Flooded Basement in Springfield, PA

After coming home to find standing water in the basement due to a sump pump failure, a Springfield, PA resident called SERVPRO of Media to perform water removal services.

After arriving on site, technicians performed an assessment of the damage. The basement was covered in several inches of water and was deep enough to cover the footings of the support columns.

After ensuring it was safe to enter, technicians waded in and got to work removing unsalvageable items from the basement. They placed water extractors to quickly and efficiently remove the excess water. 

Thanks to the quick response of SERVPRO of Media, the property was dried a timely manner and potential secondary damage was avoided.
